Train yourself in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more with the free courses of the Office Learning Center

Microsoft’s office automation tools are the most widely used and known in the world and it is difficult to find someone who has not had to use them at any time. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and more offer all kinds of useful tools for the job, and depending on what you do, you may have to learn to manage them well.

Although Office programs are fairly easy to manage, they have many features that take time and practice to master. Whether you are a beginner with them, or want to learn more about their use, you can take advantage of the resources offered by Microsoft in the Office Learning Center and choose among the different free lessons you find there.

In the Office Learning Center you can find lessons organized in several groups. You have an area completely dedicated to specific Office 365 functions, while Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Access each have their section.

Most of the lessons include video tutorials with several parts, and you can also download PDFs with learning guides for each application. The videos have a complete transcription in case you want to have detailed notes of each lesson.

Some programs have complete and quite long courses, such as OneNote. Others, unfortunately, are only available in English at the moment, but it is still useful material for users who speak that language.

If you want to learn more about Microsoft products, they also invite you to take one of the LinkedIn Learning courses , there you get more than 100 courses on Windows, Office and its tools. This is not free, but you can always take advantage of 30-day trial periods that allow you to take any for free during that time.
